ROOM RATES:

Must be 18 or older to rent. All individuals older than 5 will be charged regardless if they are signing or not if they are inside the room. Minimum 1 hour to rent room.

Monday - Thursday:
$55 per hour for up to 5 people. Each additional person thereafter is charged $6 per person per hour. 

Friday, Weekends & Federal Holidays:
$66 per hour for up to 5 people. Each additional person thereafter is charged $6 per person per hour. 

Example: 7 people for 2 hours on Friday. 
$66 for first 5 people, then $12 for next 2 people = $66 per hour X 2 hours = $132 (not including sales tax and applicable fees).


BYOB/FOOD:
BYOB is permitted, however hard alcohol (30%+ alcohol content) is not permitted per state law. Must be 21 or over to drink alcohol. We do not allow outside food or drinks, except birthday cakes and bottled water. If you prefer other food items not on our menu, you may click here to see alternative food items we can order on your behalf. If any non-permitted outside food or drinks are discovered, there will be a $50 fee.

SONG CATALOG:A partial song catalog can be found here: Song Catalog. While the current song catalog has over 80,000 songs, we cannot guarantee it has every song you are looking for.  There are more songs available which are not on the catalog, but is available at the room. Our song provider is constantly adding new songs every week.  If there are songs that you must have, please contact us directly to verify if the songs are available.

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to high demand and to discourage no-shows, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 (plus sales tax) required for all bookings. ​​​Walk-ins are not required to pay this booking fee. The booking fee of $50 will be a credit towards the total cost of the room rental. Booking fees are non-refundable even if you cancel your booking. Booking fees are only refundable if Backroom Karaoke is unable to fulfill your booking. If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request a notice at least 2 days before the scheduled date. If you cancel your booking within 2 days of the scheduled date, the remaining balance for your reservation may be charged. If you arrive late, we will only accommodate a 30 minute delay in the start of your session, and the balance of time reserved will be charged. For example: If you reserve for 2 hours, and arrive 1 hour late, we will still charge for 1.5 hours. If you reserve 3 hours and arrive 2 hours late, we will still charge 2.5 hours.  This is to prevent people from reserving a large time slot with no intention of using all the time. Minimum 1 hour room rental required, even if you arrive late. We appreciate your understanding that our availability is limited, and by making a reservation, you are reserving a spot that could have otherwise been offered to another customer.​​
